About the RoleThe Corporate Transaction Lawyer is an integral part of Lathams Practice Services team. This role will be responsible for providing high quality, specialised support to Lathams global practice primarily in the field of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) due diligence, while working closely with deal teams located across Lathams global office network, the team is tasked with identifying issues associated with a diverse range of transactions. This role will be located in our Manchesteroffice. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence
