An exciting opportunity for a Workplace Strategy Consultant to join a growing Design & Build organisation in London.

This role sits right at the start of the workplace journey, helping clients shape the vision before design and fit-out begin. You’ll support clients in understanding how their people work, how much space they need, where their offices should be located, and how workplace strategy can support wider business goals.

You’ll be involved in data-led workplace transformation projects, helping to turn insight into practical recommendations that improve how organisations use their space and support their people.

Responsibilities will include:

• Working on client-facing workplace consulting projects

• Advising on workplace location, space requirements and strategy

• Using workforce and workplace data to shape decisions

• Supporting change programmes linked to new ways of working

• Collaborating with design and delivery teams

• Contributing to sustainability-led workplace transformation

What you should bring:

• Experience in workplace strategy, consulting, organisational change, architecture, or project management within the built environment

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn it into meaningful workplace insights

• Confidence engaging with clients and stakeholders, including supporting workshops and discussions

• A genuine interest in workplace transformation, people, and how organisations adapt to new ways of working

• A proactive, curious and collaborative approach, with strong attention to detail
